Overview
Sawn’d is a podcast platform that pays users for listening. For every 5 minutes of audio, listeners earn “Sawndcoins,” which can be redeemed for gift cards, cash, or donated. Content creators are also rewarded based on engagement. The goal was to create a bold, modern identity that reflects value, interaction, and learning. The visual system uses bright, energetic colors and a playful logo mark that hints at audio signals and UI elements built to stand out in the podcast and fintech space.

The Challenge
The main challenge was balancing two core ideas: podcasting and reward-based engagement. The brand had to look fresh and modern without leaning too corporate or gimmicky. Visually connecting the concept of earning while listening in a way that felt intuitive, energetic, and mobile-friendly was key. The identity also needed to feel trustworthy and easy to scale across app UI, social, and marketing.
The Solution
I developed a bold, tech-forward logo that merges clean typography with a playful signal tab to represent listening and interaction. The bright purple and pink palette adds energy and appeal while distinguishing the brand from traditional podcast apps. The visual identity is built to scale from app icons to digital campaigns while clearly communicating Sawn’d’s unique value: listen, earn, repeat.
The Result
The final identity delivers a vibrant, scalable system that communicates Sawn’d’s mission at a glance. The logo stands out across app and social platforms, instantly signaling audio, engagement, and rewards. The brand now has a clear visual voice that resonates with its target audience and sets the tone for product rollout and marketing.
